Ways to Give

FYF supports the most vulnerable members of the Yezidi community and minority women in Iraq through projects that provide them with education, livelihoods, justice, and protection. To continue doing this important work, we need your help. FYF relies in part on donations from our generous network to support our programming. If you share our vision and want your donations to have a real impact on the lives of women and children affected by conflict, please consider giving to FYF today.

Spread the word to make sure we can reach the widest possible audience. Like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and share our stories with your friends and family. If you have any questions, reach out to us at giving@freeyezidi.org.

Free Yezidi Foundation has a GuideStar profile.

"My mental health problems started after the genocide. Until then, however difficult life was, I was able to cope with it. But since then, I always feel anxious. I am finding it difficult to deal with people. I have no energy, my body feels very heavy, and I find it difficult to get up and do housework. I criticize myself all the time because I feel bad not being able to look after my children, but I have no energy. It feels like I am already dead, that my heart has died. I wish I was dead because there is no hope for us."
