“I also learned a lot from community visits. Each of the people we visit has a different story. We learn from their experiences and at the same time they benefit from our knowledge in psychology coping skills. Also, my own behavior has changed a lot since I started working as Harikara: now I am able to relax and calm myself when I am angry or when I am in bad mood through the exercises the FYF Trauma team showed us. I like this job a lot because I am now able to help my community, my friends and my family. It makes me very happy.”
