Recovery Fund – Massive Yezidi IDP Camp Fire

On June, 4th, a massive fire broke out in Sharia camp, one of 15 camps housing 16,000 Yazidi displaced persons who escaped genocide in 2014. In total, 370 plus tents were burned, 184 families, 994 individuals living in these tents, lost all their properties and belongings. These families are currently without shelter, food, and other basic necessities. We are asking you to to join our campaign to support these families and help us address this emergency situation.

This campaign is organized by a group of Yazidi NGOs and activists, which will pool funds and distribute to the families in need in a transparent way.

CAMPAIGN HAS ENDED!

Information regarding the distribution of funds to the survivors will follow in the coming weeks.
